The practice of Dr. Anna M Wagner is a leading center in Basel for Gynecology,
Obstetrics, Aesthetic Gynecology and specially selected Beauty Treatments.
We are happy to be there for you and extend a warm welcome!
To make your stay as pleasant as possible, we would like to give you some important information in advance.
INVOICING
We invoice via the medical insurance company Ärztekasse.ch,
i.e. your medical bill will be sent directly to your health insurance company.
However, not all health insurance companies accept this billing method.
In such cases you must pay the bill in advance & then submit the reclaim receipt to your health insurance company for reimbursement.
We understand dealing with insurance companies can sometimes be complicated, please ask at reception if you need to know more about this.
Additionally : If a laboratory test has been arranged for you, you will receive a separate invoice from the Viollier laboratory.
LAB RESULTS
With the my My Viollier App you can view your laboratory results at any time as soon as they are available.
The app is available for Android and IOS devices and supports English, German, French and Italian.
To do so, download the My Viollier app from your App store and follow the instructions.

SMEAR RESULTS
Abnormalities in a cancer smear are common and in the vast majority of cases harmless and are due to an infection with a human papilloma virus (HP virus).
You can also find out more about the Gardasil vaccination to protect against cervical cancer in the video below.
The vaccination is now approved for up to 45 years of age.
