Dear Patients,
Please note that from Monday to Thursday - 8am-6pm and Fridays from 8am-5pm our lines can sometimes be busy, if this happens, your call will be forwarded to our new advanced secretarial service.
The call may ring twice, after which you will be connected to an operator who will be able to deal promptly with your concerns or booking requests.
Should a call back be necessary, we will call you daily (except Wednesdays) between 10 -11am & 2 - 3pm. Please make sure that your phone is switched on and that you are available to take our calls.
If you arrive by car, you will find some suggestions for finding parking on our FAQ page. Please not that parking cannot be guaranteed at these locations, therefore please allow ample time to arrive in time for your appointment.
With our best wishes,
Your Practice Team
Dear patient, we strive to be able to offer you short-notice appointments and are always very happy to make time for you. Therefore we ask, should you be unable to attend your appointment, that cancellation should occur up to 24 hours in advance. If it is after this period we regrettably will be obliged to charge you a cancellation fee of 100 CHF. If you are ill within the 24 hours, and need to cancel at short notice, we of course understand but kindly request a doctor's certificate.

Pap-Smear “Annual” Checkup Coverage – Here's What You Need to Know:

Reimbursement with Basic Insurance?
If the Pap Smear results are unremarkable, the basic Insurance covers the cost of a pap-smear check-up once every three years.

Coming More Often?
That's fine, but you will have to pay for the extra check-ups yourself or send them to your supplementary insurance if covered.

Reimbursement by Supplementary Insurance?
Depending on your insurance coverage, the cost of a check-up every year may be covered by your supplementary insurance.
It is best to clarify this directly with your health insurance company.

High Franchise / Deductible Rate?
If you have a high deductible rate, your health insurance will cover the costs pro rata.
This means that you must cover the costs directly yourself until you have paid the amount of your chosen deductible rate.
