Cancelling your Appointment

We understand that circumstances change and sometimes appointments need to be cancelled.
We strive to be able to offer you short-notice appointments and remain flexible, so implement the following policies regarding cancellation.

Obstetrics & Gynaecology

To cancel or change your appointment, please do so as soon as possible & no later than 24 hours from your appointment time.

If you need to cancel or change after the 24-hour period we regrettably must charge an administration fee of 100 CHF.

Beauty Treatments Incl. Laser Hair Removal

Beauty Treatments must be cancelled or changed no later than 48 hours from your appointment time.

If you need to cancel or change after the 48 hour period we regrettably must charge half of the booked treatment cost.

Missed appointments without prior notification are charged in full.

Operative & Aesthetic Gynaecology

For operations and surgical interventions, cancellations or changes must be made no less than one week before treatment. One week until two days before treatment a 50% administration fee will be charged.

If a cancellation or change occurs within the 48 hours or the operation appointment is missed, the entire cost of treatment will be charged.

Cancellations due to Illness

We appreciate that health issues can arise unexpectedly. However, to maintain fairness for all our clients and staff, please be aware that charges for missed appointments or late cancellations will apply even in instances of illness, including those accompanied by a doctor's certificate.

We ask our clients to contact us at their earliest convenience in such circumstances to minimize charges and to enable us to offer the slot to someone else. This will ensure that only the short-term cancellation fee will apply rather than a missed appointment fee.

Cancellations due to Covid

For fee-waiver cancellations due to Covid – A PCR test in the patient’s name reporting a positive result from the date of appointment must be provided.
All other short-term cancellations will incur an administration fee.
